Under the flag of “Creating more value for customer and confirming to the trend of Intelligent & Information manufacturing in corrugated box industry” in China, Dangfang Precision keep in step with times under slogan of “Eternal Heart and Moving Forward”. We have been striving for excellence in machine quality and bringing new concept of information & technology production management standard to customers. Moreover, Dongfang Precision has been dedicated in achieving more intelligent production and more production efficiency improvement. Therefore Dongfang R&D team started to develop the “Production management system” (Abbreviation PMS) in 2014, we developed the first version and applied it to some of our customers in domestic and abroad. Meanwhile, we are continuously making the upgrade.

To be able to create more values for customer from PMS, our project engineer team did continuously communication with customers and listened to their comments, after analyzing feedbacks from different parties, the team finally developed the latest version of super Edition PMS and applied this system to Dongfang’s strategic partner “Shanxi Baoli HuaYing packaging Co.,Ltd.

Baoli Huaying is one of the excellent companies with unique strategic foresight in corrugated box industry. The company has a good reputation and a big potential development power. As one of Dongfang’s strategic and reliable partner, Baoli Huaying continuously trust and support Dongfang, especially both parties share the same concept of intelligent manufacturing management.

Shanxi Baoli Huaying raised some new demand and requirement in their equipment bidding in 2017, the potential suppliers must be qualified for supplying the machinery equipped with intelligent manufacturing management system. After fully communication with customers and study deeply the system, we understood clearly what the exact demand for PMS from HuaYing. The requirement includes the production report function, the function of accuracy cost analysis like production cost of water and electricity. To realize the fully intelligent manufacturing during the production process, the auto setting of carton design specification, the repeat order function and the reduction of time waste while trial order running, Dongfang Precision successfully signed the PMS sales contract on basis of its early step into feasibility study and long years’ accumulation in R&D development, our engineer clearly described all the technical details about the system in the bidding conference. We deeply feel that the trust and recognition from customers rely on the best service to customers.

Dongfang flexo printing machine equipped with super edition PMS started into operation in Shanxi Baoli Huanying in 2017. All of the Flexo printers required from this project are inline FFG. Chairman Mr.Song and his professional management team, especially the technical director Mr.Rao with rich of accumulation experience in the Enterprise Information Management, deeply understand the production cost control is the most important for the traditional manufacturing. That is why Mr.Song concerns much about the intelligent manufacturing and information technology in modern times. It happened to coincide with “The intelligent manufacturing and IT management are critical for the uncontrollable elements” for any company’s management procedure.

Baoli Huaying had currently realized to connect all the PMS to ERP for improvement of production management efficiency. All of the materials like inks, raw paper, wood-die which are necessary for jobs change are fully prepared ahead of schedule through the PMS. Due to the real time monitoring production system, it makes the full production information system smoother, which not only reduces the human communication cost, but also improve much efficiency of non-gap operation between printing machine and human operation, The high Intelligent production is one of the most special features which can automatically set the specification of each job on printer and folder gluer, automatic order identification and recall is also available, which dramatically reduce the time cost on trial running and material waste.

Meanwhile, the high accuracy of production sheet report system is much supportive to customer’s management for KPI, cost analysis and order negotiation, which helps customer upgrading the whole competition strength and makes business more successful. All of the latest design models are equipped with the super edition PMS which combine both the digital data and technology, and this makes the machine equip with thinking logics with purpose to create more value for customers. On basis of “Creating more value for customer”, we will continue as always to listen for customer’s demand, moving forward to create more innovation.
